Refund policy

All of our machines carry at least a one year warranty, and some carry a two year warranty.

If something goes wrong with your machine within the first 30 days that is not due to misuse, it will be replaced. Return shipping of the defective machine will be covered.

If anything goes wrong with you machine after the first 30 days, but within the warranty period (one or two years) that is not due to misuse, the defective part or parts will be provided free of charge. This includes the machine itself and internal parts (e.g.: mother board, pumps, etc.).

Consumable parts (e.g.: handles, wands, probes, screen, etc.) carry a three-month warranty. If after three months a consumable part fails, the part(s) are offered to our customers at our cost.

Returns of non-defective items within the first 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee and buyers must pay return shipping as these machines can no longer be sold as new. We cannot accept returns of non-defective items after the first 30 days.

Replacement part sales are final and are not returnable.
